Fun Fact Friday: Minimum wage increase in Ontario

Effective October 1st, 2015, the minimum wage has increased to $11.25 per hour, up from $11.00. The student minimum wage has also increased from $10.30 to $10.55 per hour and the liquor server’s minimum wage from $9.55 to $9.80 per hour.

There are further changes affecting hunting and fishing guides’ minimum wage, as well as homeworkers.
